As the Associate Director of our Colorado Springs Office Nicole Armstrong brings more than 9 years of experience and expertise to her role. She has managed many Associations in the Colorado Springs area, earned her CMCA^®, AMS^®, and PCAM^® designations, and served in a number of volunteer positions.  She is the Current Acting President and President-Elect of the Southern Colorado Chapter of the Community Association Institute.  A team-oriented partner to clients, vendors, and staff, Nicole’s friendly and outgoing manner helps implement solutions and innovative ideas.  She provides leadership to our Colorado Springs office using her extensive community management and communication background on behalf of all the stakeholders involved in our Colorado Springs office.
