Brenda Richards

Brenda joined the Hammersmith team many years ago and has been instrumental in the design and operational set-up of the accounting systems, ensuring the segregation of duties essential to a well-managed and effective Accounting Department. She oversees our High Rise and Large Scale properties preparing monthly financial statements for master and sub associations, as well as working in partnership with the entire Accounting team. Brenda has over 15 years of experience in accounting, with eleven of those years as a controller. Her passion comes from a genuine love for accounting and from caring about the work she does.
Brenda received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Moorhead State University and holds an active CPA certification. |
